Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges Because our products are printed t-shirts, we accept returns/exchanges ONLY in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You received the wrong size or design (different from what you ordered).

Please Note: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or if you selected the wrong size by mistake, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

2. How to Request a Return

  • You must raise a return request within [e.g., 5 or 7] days of delivery.
  • Email us at support@bigmunks.com with your Order ID and photos of the defect/wrong product.
  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card/UPI/Wallet) used via Razorpay.

4. Cancellations You can cancel your order within [e.g., 4 hours] of placing it. Once the printing process starts, cancellations may not be allowed.
