1. Processing Time Since we sell printed t-shirts, we take [e.g., 1-2 days] to process and print your order after confirmation.
2. Shipping Duration Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days. (Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen logistics issues).
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹[499].
- A flat shipping fee of ₹59/- applies to orders below this value.
4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your package.
3. Return Process & Logistics
A. Reverse Pickup
- We offer a convenient Reverse Pickup service for most pincodes in India.
- Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
- Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and packed securely with all original tags and invoices.
B. Self-Ship (If Reverse Pickup is not available)
- In case your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product back to us at our warehouse address.
- Return Address: Bigmunks.com Plot No. 27, Ram Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, 201005, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shipping Reimbursement: For self-shipped returns (in case of defective/wrong products), we will reimburse your courier charges (up to ₹100) along with the refund amount. Please share the courier receipt with us.
C. Quality Check
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it for quality (to ensure it is unused and the defect is genuine).
- If the product passes the quality check, the refund/exchange will be processed within 24-48 hours.
